ITEM DESCRIPTION and PHYSICAL INFORMATION

1. All items are sold as-is.
2. Our products are new, never worn or used before, and in some
cases may have tags.
3. We will describe all items as accurately as possible, listing :-
materials used in the construction process, measurements and size, and weight.
4. All pictures are of the actual item for sale. The colors might differ slightly from colors you see in the pictures due to light variations when the pictures were taken or due to computer monitor configuration.
5. If you have any further questions, please use the "Ask Seller a Question" facility provided.

RETURN and REFUND POLICIES

1. We unfortunately, at this stage, do NOT offer or accept any return or exchange.
2. Please ensure that you want the item before placing an order.
3. We will accurately describe the product, for you to know exactely what the product entails.
4. Please use the "Ask Seller a Question" facility if you have any questions about the product, before placing an order.
5. We will ensure all items are sent in perfect condition, packed and wrapped securely.
6. We may review this policy in future and if we do, will place notification in this section.

PAYMENT POLICIES

1. Payment is expected after placing an order, on receipt of our email. Our HTML email will have a "Pay" button and payment can be made immediate, safely and securely.
2. Payment not received during this time, will result in the order being cancelled with immediate effect.
3. Our prefered method of payment is through THIRT.com, an escrow service. This method has proven to be convenient and safe. For more information on this escrow service please visit them at www.thirt.com.
4. We do accept cahsier's checks however there is a 21 day clearence period aswell as the time in receiving the check. An additional fee of $14.50 will be payable when using this method for banking charges.
5. Buyers will be notified via email when payment has successfully been received.
6. We may review this policy in future and offer additional methods of payment. We will notify buyers in this section when services become available.

SHIPPING POLICIES

1. We offer shipping via registered Postal Services, which will include a tracking number. Only the buyer may accept and sign for items ordered.
2. We will ship asap, AFTER receiving notification from THIRT.com, our escrow service, that payment has been cleared.
3. Buyer will be notified via email when items has been shipped.
4. We ONLY ship to the address given as per THIRT.com registration.
5. We do offer combined shipping on multiple purchases but buyer has to inform us before paying so we can generate an invoice with the total purchase amount and shipping costs. Please see FAQ for combined shipping costs.
6. Please "Ask Seller a Question" if in doubt about the shipping cost.
7. We only deliver to physical home or office address. Please ensure to register as such with THIRT.com.

FEEDBACK POLICY

As the seller, we will leave feedback as soon as we have successfully received payment.
Satisfied customer feedback is always appreciated.
Please contact us before leaving unpleasant feedback, to give us the opportunity to recitfy any unforseen problems.
